Oral surgery
In the oral cavity, a number of medical conditions can occur that require surgical treatment and can affect the soft, hard or both tissues.
Common conditions include tumors of various nature or neoplastic formations, hyperplasias and teeth abscess that may extend to the facial or cervical region.
Depending on the type, extent, chronicity and extension of the damage, the suitable surgical treatment is immediately applied, following a combined study of the clinical picture and laboratory data.
Examples of conditions that require surgical treatment:
- Maxillofacial trauma
- Impacted wisdom or other teeth
- Root remnants in jawbones or sinus
- Connection of the maxillary antrum with the oral cavity
- Fibroids and Non- cancerous tumors of the mouth
- Exostosis
- Surgery on the tooth socket

- Biopsies for small and larger suspicious lesions
- Adenomatoid and other odontogenic tumors
